Since then Brandur has shown his talent as a composer with the song The Way I Am, which was also the title of the documentary about Brandur, which came out in December in the Faroe Islands, and which was broadcasted on the national Icelandic television, RÚV, in January. Brandur has also been singing the duet Still Friends with the young talented Icelandic singer Jóhanna Guðrún, and in February it was released as a single in Iceland followed by a concert tour.

In Denmark the spring 2003 began with the release of the album Brandur on the 10th of March. Brandur was once again invited to visit Bubber, and he also participated in the TV programme Good Morning Denmark on TV2. At the same time he began a concert tour in Denmark with three concerts around the country. Since then Brandur has participated in the programs Rutsj, Junior and The Sunday Magazine on the national Danish television channel DR1, as well as being interviewed in for the News on the television channel TvDanmark2. Still Friends has also been played on the programme Guldkorn on the national Danish radio station P3.

June 2003 was an exciting month for Brandur. He was singing the Faroese and German National Anthem for 13 million people at the Faroese-German European Football Championship. And in Denmark he performed at two music festivals in Jelling and Nibe. Here both the ANR and the VLR radio stations interviewed him, as did a lot of newspapers – among others the Nordjyske Stiftstidende. The pop magazine Top Of The Pops also printed a large interview with Brandur.

The summer 2005 Brandur graduated primary scool. Since then he has been working with new material. Together with Air Chrysalis in Sweden Brandur has been hooked up with great producers, and has now recorded a lot of new songs for his next album.
