First emerging in 2002, The Horror The Horror quickly gained a reputation as one of the most promising bands on the Stockholm club circuit. With their blend of influences including early New York punk bands such as Television, The Modern Lovers and Velvet Underground as well as the British indie scene of the early nineties, The Horror The Horror have developed a unique sound highly appraised by audiences and critics all over Sweden. Their music combines a seemingly impossible blend of total nonchalance and heartfelt compassion. Holding it all together are the melodies that are the core of The Horror The Horror’s songs.
