Vincent Van Go Go is live music. It’s a positive musical expression with a playful yet honest approach to topics like love, identity, politics, and the pursuit of happiness. Vincent Van Go Go is peace and unity and and all those other things that won’t be “the new black” for at least another 20 years. It’s experimentation, communication of ideas, inventing something out of the already invented. It’s standing on the shoulders of giants, keeping up the good work. It’s the ability to tour the world with $800 worth of equipment, playing the drums with a broken arm and still sound tight. It’s sex and crime, toil and travel, and the realization that audience is the most important thing in the world. It’s about people, and the importance of going out and meeting them in all shapes, sizes and colors. So far it’s two albums; “Do You Know” (2006) and “People” (2008). It’s a disease slowly but surely spreading throughout Scandinavia, Germany, France, Brazil and the United States.
