Pull a Star Trip
biography / portrait

PULL A STAR TRIP has clearly come along way. And by long - we're talking about actual miles and kilometers.
In their 3 years of existence the band has played two US and various European tours including shows from the East Coast to the Midwest, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Croatia, Holland, Belgium, Italy etc.
Without doubt the peak of the band history was their performance at the legendary CBGB's in New York City in January 2006, entering their name in the small list of German bands that have ever played there. Coming in second was their show at Arlene's Grocery, where Dashboard Confessional recorded a live DVD covering R.E.M. for MTV2 and an hour on stage of the renowned Middle East in Boston.
Coming in third was the honor to be tour support for old time heroes Jeff Caudill, former singer of Gameface (Revelation Records) and New End Original frontman Jonah Matranga on their stays over in Europe.
The band also shared/will share the stage with such renown acts as Ben Folds, Anti-Flag, Afroman, Silbermond, Sportfreunde Stiller, Culcha Candela, Mediengruppe Telekommander, Polarkreis 18 and many more.
PULL A STAR TRIP, based around the songwriter duo Steffen Kelle and Bartholomäus Rymek, put out the very well received EP "Hooking up with Hope..." (sold about 5000 times) and the album "An Internship In Optimism" that was distributed by the honorable hardcore label Revelation Records from California.
